The CAP Lung Cancer Memorials page is an area of our site for you to acknowledge, remember, and celebrate the life of someone who has lost their life to lung cancer.

You are invited to send a photo file and a few words about anyone you would like to see memorialized on this site. If you do not have a photo, you are still invited to send a verbal tribute.

Examples of what you might include in the memorial tribute include:

• The person's name (first names are okay if that's how you'd like to do it).
• Age or dates of birth and death, if you like.
• Most importantly, send a few words about the unique and special contribution this person made to our planet during his or her life, and/or what made him or her so very special and beloved.

There are no rules on what to include in your tribute, but please try to keep your tribute to 100 words or less.

CAP Lung Cancer may edit down pieces that are too lengthy for our site, but only as a last resort. We will do our best to maintain the spirit of all submissions made. If you'd like your contribution to be anonymous, that will certainly be respected - but please state that is your desire.

By sending your contribution, you are giving CAP Lung Cancer the right to use your submission on the CAP Lung Cancer Internet site, and are assuring that nothing submitted is protected by copyright law.
